Shipping: Free insured FedEx. Adult signature required. No rerouting after shipment.

Warranty & sizing: Lifetime craftsmanship warranty + free cleaning/tightening/inspections. One free resize within 3 months when structurally possible.

Diamond standards: Carat, color, and clarity are matched or better than listed. Decimal carats match to the last digit or higher; fractional totals meet or exceed the stated fraction.

Price match: We match identical GIA/IGI diamonds before purchase or within 14 days. Email [email protected].

Inspect on arrival: Report shipping or quality issues within 48 hours to [email protected].

Return docs: Include all original materials (e.g., grading reports); replacement fees may apply if missing.

Pick-up: In-store pick-up within 90 days with ID or invoice; after 90 days, deposits are forfeited and item is non-refundable.

Taxes & duties: Sales tax where required. International duties/VAT paid by recipient.
