Are you open on the weekends?

Yes! Ultimate Diamond is open every day, 7 days a week.

Monday: 10:00AM to 6:30PM

Tuesday: 10:00AM to 6:30PM

Wednesday: 10:00AM to 7:30PM (LATE NIGHT)

Thursday: 10:00AM to 6:30PM

Friday: 10:00AM to 6:30PM

Saturday: 10:00AM to 6:30PM

Sunday: 11:00AM to 5:00PM

Does Ultimate Diamond sell conflict free diamonds?

All loose diamonds that are sold by Ultimate Diamond are purchased or sourced through sight holders and diamond manufacteurs who abide by the kimberly process. The kimberly process actively prevents the sales and distribution of conflict diamonds from known conflict regions. This process prevents a large majority of Conflict diamonds from entering the diamond market.

Does Ultimate Diamond offer any financing options?

Yes we have a program available through Wells Fargo. Our most popular financing plan is a 12 month payment option. You may choose longer or short terms depending on your needs. The one time financing fee is depending on the length of the plan. Please email sales@ultimatediamond or speak with a sales associate for more details.

Does Ultimate Diamond offer a money back guarantee?

Yes! Ultimate Diamond proudly offers our clients an unconditional 30 day cash back guarantee on all in stock items. Ultimate Diamond stands behind every product we sell, this excludes any and all custom and special orders.

What if I find something comparable for a better price? Does Ultimate diamond offer a price matching guarantee?

Yes, we do offer a price matching guarantee. We are very confident in our pricing and ability to get you the best diamond prices. We will beat or match any diamonds price and specifications. How can I make an appointment?

If you have a specific shape, size and quality in mind, making an appointment would be ideal. This gives us enough time to prepare for exactly what you are looking for. Walk-ins are welcomed. Make an appointment here!

Does Ultimate Diamond offer repairs and resizing options?

Yes, we do offer repair and sizing options only if your engagement ring or jewelry piece are purchased at Ultimate Diamond. Please email sales@ultimatediamond or speak directly with a sales associate for more details.

Does Ultimate Diamond offer appraisals?

Yes, Ultimate diamond provides our clients with an in-house apprasial for all items purchased. We have a G.I.A Graduate Gemologist on staff. If you would like to schedule an appointment please contact us at sales@ultimatediamond.com Our Gemologist is not available on Sundays and Mondays.
